Mary Poppins Returns was everything that I could have wished for and more! It is the epitome of a family feel-good movie with nods to the original classic throughout.

The film transports you to places that even your wildest imagination couldn’t create with kids and adults alike being absorbed into the fantastical magic world of Mary Poppins. Emily Blunt takes the character of Mary Poppins to new heights and is the perfect person for this role.

Mary Poppins Returns is guaranteed to make you laugh, cry and leave the cinema smiling! The animation really transports you to another world and at times it feels like you are watching a theatre production as the movie’s brought to life, there’s not a dull second.

If you’re looking for a remake of the original, then this is not the film for you; Mary Poppins Returns brings the characters (both old and new) to life in exciting new ways. Whoever you are, I would highly recommend watching this film…it could be my favourite film of 2018!
